1841 Census - David and Charlotte with first child William - living next door to brother Stephen with his family and Father James
1851 Census - David "Constable and Woodman" living with his family in Horton
1861 Census - David and Family moved to Dibden in Hampshire and acquired a farm of 67 acres!!!! not bad progress for a woodman!!!
1871 Census - David and wife Charlotte - on the farm with daughter Fanny Betsey
1881 Census - David recently died - Charlotte Widow living with two of her unmarried daughters and a servant
1891 Census - Charlotte on her own in the farm with a servant
