Last Will and Testament of Emanuel FUDGE

This is the last Will and Testament of me Emanuel Fudge of Sturminster Newton Dorset Labourer I revoke all previous testamentary dispositions by one at any time made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament I appoint my Son John Fudge of Sturminster Newton [aforesaid?] sole Executor of this my Will

I bequeath to my nephew William Fudge my watch and chain and as to the residue of any [real?] and personal estate I bequeath the same unto my Son John Fudge [ ] to realize such part thereof as shall not consist of money and out of the proceeds of such realization and out of my ready money and money in the Bank to pay my [past debts?] and funeral and testamentary expenses and after full payment thereof then to [ ] of the residue [ ] to divide the same into six equal parts and pay one of such equal parts to each of my children Ann Francis Elizabeth [ ] Sarah Fudge Sarah the widow of my late Son James Fudge Emanuel Fudge and to retain one sixth share for himself the said John Fudge [ ] whereof I have hereunto at my hand this first day of September 1887 -------- The X Mark of Emanuel Fudge --------- Signed by the said Emanuel Fudge [ ] and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as [ ]--------------- G.F.N.
