Bishop Stortford MAY 22
Bananas. - Harold Thompson, 16, Albert
Edwrad Langdon, 14, Roland Ayliffe, 14,
and Jack Whiffen, 11, were summoned for
stealing bananas, value 12s., belonging to
Percy Gee, fruiterer. - Mr. Gee stated that
a room behind his shop was ransacked, and
these bananas take. - The cases against
Thompson and Langdon were adjourned
for a month; Ayliffe and Whiffen were
placed on probabtion for a year.
